We meet with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and assign any career openings to someone who understands the skills requirements. We search our extensive database for potential matches and, if agreed by the hiring manager, can advertise the position under the 2ht banner. This maximizes the quality of candidates, which are reviewed and interviewed by a domain specialist. A short list of resumes is forwarded to the hiring manager for consideration.

Employer Outplacement Services

While 2ht does not offer a full suite of outplacement services, our networking and job finding program is the most effective way to re-integrate with the work force. Employers are invited to sponsor laid-off workers to help them return to work as quickly as possible.
