Active Member:

Active members receive 2 days of training providing them the skills to find them a job. Active members meet with hiring managers and get first consideration for the many hidden jobs that 2ht uncovers.

Requirements: Must take the 2ht Workshop, actively participate in contacting employers and provide a suitable resume.

Cost: $100 Includes 2 day workshop and coaching

Cooperative Job Hunting

2ht provides three (3) days of training and mentoring over a two week period. The program teaches you to contact employers, to provide a valuable service to hiring managers, and most importantly, to network with other professionals in your area of expertise/interest. Looking for work is a full time job. This program is simply the best way to do it.

1. We will examine the hidden job market, and explore ways to find these jobs. Employment experts estimate that 4 out of 5 job placements occur with no public job posting. Nearly 100% of the unemployed are going after the 20% of the jobs that have public postings. Improve your chances of getting hired.
2. We will develop and practice Networking Skills. Networking involves more than just showing up at events and distributing resumes. Learn to identify great contacts in a crowd, and learn to interest them in your personal abilities.
3. Learn the 2ht method of Business Engagement. Business people are not interested solving the problems of the unemployed. They are overwhelmed with their own issues. We learn to present ourselves and 2ht in a manner that helps business owners and hiring managers solve their personnel and hiring problems with a professional and helpful approach.
